Joann is the plug, yall. She does a phenomenal job on my nails every time, and she’s fantastic for my feet. I’ve had problems with ingrown toe nails in the past, and she’s great at correcting them and keeping them gone. I will say you should make an appointment. They can get pretty busy…. However, that’s been the case with any nail salon I’ve ever been to. These reviews with people complaining about it are not true…
